INTRODUCTION
We all have busy lives, and we all put up at metropolitan cities. In this new age of technology, though it has become easier for us to connect to the people, all over the world, we are not left with any time to connect to ourselves. Trust me, this is not a spiritual article. The point I'm trying to make is, that we do not make an effort to step out of our comfort zone and do something for the real needy society. This article specifically highlights what we must give back to the world, and how we can make it a beautiful place to live in.
You might be a very successful person reading this article, or may be you are on the verge of becoming one, soon. But the more powerful you are, the more responsible you must become for the people around you - This is one thing I realized a few days back. Just did some self-talk, when this thought struck me.
I am not writing this article for people who will read and forget OR for people who will read, appreciate and then carry on with their lives. I'm writing this article only for people who will get into action and put the best foot forward on reading this article. So if you aren't going to take any action, you may right away stop reading this.

I'm a Gurgaon based free-spirited young girl into her CA finals. I'm obsessed with Finance and I enjoy being with people. But it hurts to see some painful things. Things like beggars weeping on the streets. Not because they ask for money, but because they can work and they still ask for money. When I get down at AIIMS to board the metro, the plight of those patients who get themselves seated outside the station area, out in the open, exposed to heat, dust and traffic, because they do not have an option and that they are in queue waiting to get themselves treated with one of the most renowned hospitals of the city, the sight becomes unbearable. It hurts to see my countrymen in such a sad state.
Again, when I see girls lining up and working as prostitutes, and the guys shortlisting and picking up the woman, whom they would like to have a one-night stand with, I feel bad. In fact, guilty! Guilty for not being able to help them. So, I have decided to work on things. This blog is the first step I have taken in this regard.
ISSUES AROUND ME
I thought zeroing in, on the issues which surround me could be a great way to start. It's just one step at a time! :)
The issues in my city Gurgaon, are:
THE HELP I WANT FROM YOU
I want you guys to bring solutions to the table, suggest innovative ideas so that we all can curb malpractices. Some of the solutions include calling the traffic helpline, immediately on looking at an ambulance stuck in a jam, and getting down from your car to clear the traffic and pave way for the ambulance. It could be anything.
CONCLUSION
This world and our country can become unimaginably beautiful. It's just a matter of wonderful brains coming together and working on the right track to make wonderful things happen. I basically want you to share the following two things
Love,
Asmita Sharma.

ISSUES AROUND ME
I thought zeroing in, on the issues which surround me could be a great way to start. It's just one step at a time! :)
The issues in my city Gurgaon, are:
- ROAD PROBLEMS:
- We do not have a separate lane for pedestrians, cyclists, the disabled and for the ambulance.
- The traffic is almost never regulated well.
- There aren't any street lights, in our so-called millennium city.
- Improper sewage and drainage system.( I doubt if there is any :D )
- LACK OF MEDICAL FACILITIES FOR THE POOR
- NO GREEN BELT/ GREENERY
- THERE ARE NO FREE-MEMBERSHIP LIBRARIES!
- WE HAVE SEX DETERMINATION CLINICS HERE, WHICH IS DOWNRIGHT ILLEGAL.

- The problems in your area or other economic issues.
- How you can solve those.
